Welcome to our ticket system

In order to streamline intake requests and better serve you, we utilize an online ticket system. Every intake is assigned a unique ticket ID number which you can use to track the progress of online and ask questions. For your reference we keep a complete archive and history of all your previous intakes. A valid email address must be provided in store during intake creation to enable access to the online ticket system.
